A project of Home Staging in residential construction: a blend of style and functionality in Lugano Barbengo by Tuttoimmobili.

The team at Tuttoimmobili believes in the importance of Interior Design. This is why, in collaboration with the Paola Favretto Studio, the spaces of an exemplary apartment in Residenza Viale dei Pioppi have been meticulously curated to prove the importance of interior design in harmonizing functionality and aesthetics. The oak floor, the precious wallpaper and every other element reflects the refined and welcoming look of this beautiful flat. The living room, the dining area and the bedroom have been designed giving the right importance both to the natural light and to a confortable place. An amazing piece of modern art, brings vivacity to the room.

A project of Home Staging in residential construction: a blend of style and functionality in Lugano Barbengo by Tuttoimmobili.

Inserted in this brand new residential context, characterized by bold and clean lines, the apartment thus reveals its personality through designer finishes and furnishings: the daylight enhances the carachteristic feel of the oak boards laid on the floor and reflects on the wall, which, from the entrance to the living area, has been consistently covered with wallpaper; a texture in shades of green has been chosen, a soft fabric panel effect, discreet yet of significant impact, perceptible as soon as one enters the front door.

The livingroom has been enriched with a low and elongated storage unit, with a light yet textured finish with a large corner sofa naturally which fits into the view projection onto the garden. The sofa's soft colors and the minimal design have been chosen to fill the spacious area without visually invading the dining area.

In the dining area we find a table with a round smoked glass top and a base with sinuous lines and dark shades that echo the colors of the kitchen, together with soft black velvet armchairs.

The dinig area has been illuminated by a precious golden metal pendant lamp. The white wall has been enriched by a large canvas, a surrealist piece of art by the artist Hon Bien Mattia Tran, known as BienarT, which represent an explosion of color that stands out from the candid wall with a playful, strong, and unexpected accent.

The discreet presence of well-proportioned designer lighting elements contributes to creating a relaxed environment also intimate and soothing.

In the sleeping area the subdued language continues. The wall has been decorated with a darker colour to match the tones of the bathroom tiles and recreate a sense of spaciousness while seeking a certain aesthetic continuity. The long, equipped, and backlit boiserie, used as a headboard for the bed, echoing the light colors of the living area and warming them with its wood grain that harmonizes with the tones of the wall.

All accessories, textiles, and furnishings have all been carefully chosen with the precise purpose of enriching the project, recalling the splashes of color and the gleam of golden metal from the artwork that inspired the project.

With these words, the interior designer Paola Favretto meticulously describes her project; another successful investment by the Tuttoimmobili team that highlights the importance of creating living spaces that go beyond mere functionality, transforming them into places where beauty, comfort, and personality blend harmoniously.
