The following Data Processing Terms and Conditions set forth how your personal information will be handled throughout the process of registering, contacting and interacting with Tuttoimmobili Sagl. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy laws applicable in the individual's country of residence, including but not limited to LPD, nLPD and EU GDPR, and will not be disclosed to any third parties other than the individuals named below who perform data management, transmission and storage on behalf of Tuttoimmobili Sagl.

Personal data worthy of special protection will be processed only in individual cases and subject to a declaration of consent (e.g. excerpts from the debt enforcement register, creditworthiness information). Leasing, marketing and consulting processes are managed by Tuttoimmobili Sagl according to the following principles

2.1 Data Retention

The terms and conditions and privacy policy of YurekaAI S.r.l. are an integral part of this agreement and are published and kept updated by it under its own responsibility. Tuttoimmobili Sagl by virtue of the service agreement indemnifies itself from any direct liability of YurekaAI in carrying out this mandate.

Tuttoimmobili Sagl has also entered into a consulting and support agreement in the management of personal data for communication and marketing purposes towards its users with Reach Out Labs Sagl, which does not use or propose any data management, transmission, storage systems outside EU or Switzerland.

2.4.1 Third Party Services and Tracking

As part of the operation and execution of the service mandate provided by Tuttoimmobili Sagl, YurekaAI provides hosting services, website management tuttoimmobili.ch, sending and receiving commercial emails, tracking of navigation data of website users using proprietary services and third party services.

These include the use of the following third-party services and systems of which we give specific notice regarding the transmission and storage of data outside the territory of the European Union and Switzerland:

Amazon Web Services (United States of America and other countries)
ActiveCampaign (United States of America and other countries)
Google Analytics (United States of America and other countries)
Data transmitted outside the European Union and Switzerland are processed in accordance with SCC (Standard Contractual Clauses) and Privacy Shield.

Tuttoimmobili Sagl has no direct control over the transmission of this information to Third Countries and refers to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of its suppliers.

2.5 Disclosures

Tuttoimmobili Sagl reserves the right to send you electronic, paper or telephone communications pertinent to the interests disclosed to us during your property search or proposal or appraisal request for a property for rent or sale. We also reserve the right to communicate additional present or future properties of interest, events reserved for you, promotions and communication about our present and future activities and offerings.

2.6 Data Security

We will take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or unlawful destruction. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through websites, emailing systems, CRM systems, and information management systems in use.

In the interest of data security, we make regular security copies (backups) of our business data, stored in data carriers. The frequency of such backups is based on inherent recommendations.

Regarding the cloud services we use, we refer to the privacy policy of our providers as stated in Section 2.4.
